    I sat in heaps of lounges waiting to be served, and was looking to buy leather suite (big pirchase) but they didn't so much as say hello. Not one single person came over to me! I walked out and still not even a late acknowledgement that I had been there.

    Out of principle I will not support this business as the service was just so poor and downright rude.

    Walked around the show room for 10 minutes or so and I was the only customer in the store at 9.30am. At least 5 staff members up at the counter chatting away together.

    Great service on our last visit, and the attendant (didn't catch his name) was extremely helpful and attentive to our list of needs and wants for a new lounge / sofa bed.
