  This Bunnings has helpful friendly staff who help you find what you need. It also has a cafe area and plenty of places to sit down and rest. Has decent, clean restrooms.

  Always good shopping at Bunnings although I could not locate what I wanted. Had directions from staff but could not see what I wanted. Will try again when I have more time and it's not 38 degrees. Purchased 2 fantastic pedestal fans to help us in this heat.

  Visited Bunnings Mile End to purchase a rose and some plants. Have shopped here before, the staff were most helpful, with good advice. After our purchase we relaxed at the cafe over a coffee and enjoyed a free news paper to read and use the free Wifi. Good call

  Very poor service from employees that looked annoyed when i asked for help. I thought Bunnings had a new friendly attitude with their staff they say hello and help everybody, well that wasn't the case at Bunnings Mile End today 15th December 2017. I was there in the morning I think it was Row 16 were picture frame brackets are kept, the female employee did not come down from her ladder the whole 30 minutes I was struggling in that Row right in front of her, she totally ignored me and then the male employee looked so annoyed when I asked him for help I thought I couldn't ask anymore questions so I ended up buying all the wrong items, it was a real awful experience and a bad representation of Bunnings.

  Great store with a MASSIVE range and all the staff are tops - been shopping here regularly for 8 years and lucky if I’ve come across a couple of average staff. Great hiring process.
